Book your initial consultation with me. We will discuss your goals, motivations, barriers and current lifestyle. Afterwards, I will create a training programme tailored to your needs and coach you through exercise techniques, as well as help you to create a consistent exercise and diet routine and long-lasting lifestyle habits.
